Now it isn't exactly wysiwyg, the Ravenwing aren't armed as they should be, but are distinguishable enough and I never really bothered with a Librarian previously so I'm having to use a Veteran Sergeant as a proxy, but that aside it's the full and painted force.I've not had much time for 40k since 6th edition was released, but I must admit that Dark Vengeance has captured my attention. Primarily because it contains two of my armies, so there are no redundant models.
So the plan is for me to play a couple of missions against Matt at the club tomorrow. I shall let you know how it goes, and it may be a double post tomorrow as I'll also be playing Dystopian Wars.
Painted models? By you or the mrs? ;)
ReplyDeleteA bit of both, you'll be able to tell which by the quality.
ReplyDeleteNonetheless, painted!
I'm impressed sir, bravo!
ReplyDeleteAre the two armies in the box actually game legal for a change then?
ReplyDeleteGlad to see your interest peaking in 6th edition, all the games I've played so far have been a lot of fun, and I alway like to have more games to look forward to avoiding playing you with lol. I have to say I'm really looking forward to getting hold of my boxes. Originally I was after the chaos, but now I'm just as excited to get hold of the dark angels. The two boxes should pretty much create a fully playable army from what I can estimate.
ReplyDeletepainted models? I think someone must have hacked Mark's blog.
ReplyDeleteIt's my first guest blog. The guest being Louise!
ReplyDeleteLouise can get cracking on your limited edition chaplain after wednesday, he'll make a nice addition.
